How it works

Your business in numbers.

01

Select a period

Choose month, quarter, or year. Navigate back and forward to compare periods. TAV pulls the data from your invoices and ledger instantly.

02

Read the dashboard

Summary cards show revenue, outstanding, paid count, and net. The bar chart shows monthly trends. Client breakdown shows who drives your income.

03

Export what you need

One dropdown gives you five CSV formats: all invoices, paid only, outstanding only, tax report, or client breakdown. Hand to your accountant or import anywhere.

Client concentration.
At a glance.

See which clients drive your revenue and how concentrated your income is. The client breakdown shows each client's contribution as a percentage bar with their total and invoice count.

Spot risks early. If one client makes up 60% of your revenue, you know you need to diversify. TAV makes this visible without any manual analysis.

FAQ

Common questions

What reports does TAV offer?

TAV provides a financial dashboard with four summary cards (revenue, outstanding, invoices paid, net revenue), a monthly revenue bar chart, a client breakdown with percentage bars, a tax summary (subtotal, VAT, total), and a client table (name, paid count, revenue, outstanding). All data refreshes instantly when you change the period. Reports complement the general ledger and tax module — they visualise the same underlying data.

What CSV export formats are available?

TAV offers five export formats from a single dropdown: all invoices (full list with dates, amounts, status), paid invoices (filtered to paid), outstanding invoices (sent but unpaid), tax report (revenue, VAT, totals), and client breakdown (name, invoice count, revenue, outstanding). Each export covers the selected period. Download and hand to your accountant or import into any spreadsheet.

Can I compare periods?

Yes. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to any past month, quarter, or year. The dashboard updates instantly. Compare this quarter to last quarter, or this year to last year. The tax module also shows year-over-year growth percentages. There is no limit to how far back you can navigate — all data since your first invoice is available.

How is client concentration calculated?

TAV sums each client's paid invoice total for the selected period and shows it as a percentage of your total revenue. The horizontal bar chart makes concentration visible at a glance. If one client represents a large share, the bar is long. This helps you assess business risk — high concentration means high dependency on a single client.

Do reports include expenses?

The summary cards show revenue and net revenue from invoices. The tax summary shows VAT collected on invoices. For a full profit and loss view including expenses, use the Tax module which computes net profit as revenue minus expenses. The Reports dashboard focuses on invoice-based revenue analytics and client insights.
