01

Proposal accepted

Your client reviews and signs the proposal. The moment they do, TAV generates the service agreement automatically.

A signing link goes to your client. They sign from any device. No account required. No printing, no scanning.

03

Both parties protected

The signed contract is stored securely with a tamper-evident audit trail. Accessible any time from your dashboard.

Every action.
Timestamped.

TAV records every interaction with each contract โ€” when it was sent, when it was opened, when each party signed. If a dispute ever arises, you have a complete, tamper-evident record.

Stored securely, accessible any time, exportable as PDF.

FAQ

Common questions

Are TAV contracts legally valid?

Yes. TAV generates contracts with electronic signatures compliant with eIDAS in the EU and the E-SIGN Act in the US. When a client signs, TAV captures the full audit trail: name, email, IP address, timestamp, and a document hash to verify nothing was altered after signing. The signed contract is stored as a PDF with the signature embedded. Every signing event is logged and timestamped, giving you a complete chain of evidence.

How does digital signing work in TAV?

You create a contract. Your client receives a signing link by email. They open the signing page, review the full contract, and sign. No account needed, no app, no password. TAV records the audit trail including name, email, IP, browser, and timestamp. A cryptographic hash locks the document so any change after signing is detectable. The signed PDF is stored securely and downloadable by both parties.

Can TAV generate contracts from proposals?

Yes. When your client accepts a proposal, TAV generates a contract automatically from the agreed terms. The scope, deliverables, rate, and payment schedule carry over. You do not re-enter anything. The contract uses legally compliant templates for your jurisdiction. Review, adjust any clauses if needed, and send for signing.

Which countries does TAV support for contracts?

TAV supports freelancers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Each region gets contracts with correct legal formatting, jurisdiction-specific clauses, and local compliance requirements. EU contracts reference eIDAS. US contracts reference the E-SIGN Act. Tax labels use official local designations: BTW, USt-IdNr, TVA, and EIN.

What happens if a client disputes a contract?

Every contract in TAV has a complete audit trail. The system records when the contract was created, sent, opened, and signed. Signatures include name, email, IP address, browser fingerprint, and timestamp. A cryptographic hash verifies the document was not altered after signing. This evidence chain holds up in legal proceedings in both EU and US jurisdictions.
