Accepted. Contracted. Ready to work.
Build the proposal
Add your scope, rate, timeline, and payment terms. TAV structures it into a professional document.
Client reviews and signs
Your client gets a link. They read the terms, ask for changes if needed, and sign online. No friction.
Everything follows automatically
Contract generated. Client portal updated. Time tracking ready. One yes triggers the whole system.
One yes.
Everything triggered.
When your client accepts the proposal, TAV doesn't just record it — it acts. The contract is generated from your proposal terms. The client portal is updated. Time tracking is ready to go.
No manual steps. No admin gap between the client saying yes and work beginning.
Rate, deliverables, and timeline agreed in the proposal become the basis of the contract. No ambiguity.
Every revision to a proposal is tracked. If terms change, there's a clear record of what was agreed and when.
Set an expiry date on proposals. Clients know the terms are time-sensitive. You stay in control.
Clients can request changes inline. You update and resend. Everything stays in one thread.
Your client signs from a link. No app, no login, no friction on their end.
Quote in EUR, USD, or any currency. Automatically reflects on the contract and invoice.
Common questions
What happens when a client accepts my proposal?
The accepted proposal becomes an invoice. Line items carry forward: descriptions, quantities, rates. You do not re-enter anything. Review, confirm, and send. Your client sees the same items they approved in the proposal now on the invoice. If you use contracts, TAV can also generate a contract automatically from the accepted proposal terms.
Can I set an expiry date on proposals?
Yes. Set a validity window when creating the proposal. Your client sees the expiry date on the document. When the window closes, the proposal is marked as expired in your dashboard. This keeps your pipeline clean and creates urgency for clients to respond. You can resend with updated terms at any time.
Does my client need an account to view proposals?
No. Your client receives a secure link by email. They click the link and see the full proposal: scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms. They can accept, request changes, or decline — all without creating an account, downloading an app, or remembering a password. The proposal is also visible in their client portal if they have one.
Can clients request changes to proposals?
Yes. Clients can request changes inline from the proposal view. You receive the request in your dashboard, update the proposal, and resend. Everything stays in one thread. The full history of versions and changes is tracked so both sides have a clear record of what was discussed and agreed.
How do proposals connect to contracts and invoices?
TAV connects the full chain. A proposal, when accepted, can trigger contract generation with the agreed scope and terms. The contract, when signed, clears the path to invoicing. The invoice pulls line items from the original proposal. Every document links back to the others in your dashboard. You can trace from payment back to the original proposal.
