Sends proposals, contracts, and invoices. Tracks time. Runs the client portal. Money flows through a TAV-managed Stripe Connect account. TAV takes 5% per payment. The get-paid half of the platform.

What does Pro add?

The bookkeeping side. Full general ledger that auto-journals every invoice. Tax compute and exports per country. Expense tracking with receipts and mileage. Financial reports. MCP server access for AI assistants. Bank sync when Plaid activates. And: your own bank, no 5% cut.

When does Pro pay for itself?

Two ways. On fees alone: at $980/month invoiced, the 5% on Free equals the $49 on Pro. Past that, Pro is cheaper. On features: the moment you need a tax export, a P&L, or a receipt-tracking system. Quarter-end is usually the trigger.

Why is Free US-only?

Free runs on Stripe Connect, which TAV currently has set up only for the US legal entity. EU Stripe Connect ships when revenue funds the EU entity setup. Until then, EU runs on Pro.

Is there a yearly option?

Yes for Pro. Annual billing is $39/month, billed as $468/year. That saves you $120 compared to monthly, effectively 2 months free.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Free to Pro any time. Pro to Free any time (US users). Your data stays. Your client portal stays.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
